Get Access to your Mobile device
Now you can also access this system using your smart phones tablets and ipads. All you have to do is to follow these few steps
- For android users, go to Google Play and search for " OUTLeMs " and install it
- (Iphone users) Go to your App store or Google Play and search for Moodle Mobile
- Download and install it on your phone
- Then enter site URL, you type https://elms.out.ac.tz
- Type your username and password and click "Sign In
